The Easey Street Smoke Out Pops Up in Collingwood

Listers, get excited! Because we’re about to tell you about the meatiest, juiciest, and sweetest event going down this weekend in Melbourne! The luscious lads from Ironbark BBQ (The Lumber Yard, Trashed and Dry Stone Espresso), Kustom Kommune, Pin Head Brewery and The Sweetwater Inn, have collaborated to bring you the most delicious of delicacies, an American BBQ and Whisky Bar Diner, the Easey Street Smoke Out.

Running on Friday the 12th, and Saturday the 13th, Easey Street Smoke Out is hosted by Kustom Kommune in Collingwood. We are literally salivating thinking about the pit-roasted meat on offer. Chow down on some Angus brisket, pulled pork, or some tender lamb ribs. And what is an American BBQ without a sloppy serving of comforting mac n’ cheese? Other sides include tomato, capsicum and pomegranate, corn cob with habanero butter, green slaw and corn bread. 

And our sweet shout-out wasn’t JUST a pun referencing Sweetwater Inn (although we are pretty punny), there’s dessert as well! Titled ‘Pimms Mess’, we’re all about how that dessert sounds like a total explosion of sugar and a big ol’ hot mess. Sign us up. 

Saturday night, kick back and let your food coma pass gently into the night while you party on with DJs and cocktails.
