Every now and then an event comes along that sounds truly wild, but when you dig a bit deeper it sounds a bit amazing and extremely wholesome—the Ballarat Apron Festival is exactly that.
Running over Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 May at St Patrick’s Cathedral Hall, the Ballarat Apron Festival sets out to celebrate everything apron, from vintage to modern aprons of all descriptions.
Along with general apron frivolity, there will also be a makers market, face painting, workshops, live performances, art exhibitions, kids activities, and a woodworkers display.
