Belles Hot Chicken Just Launched Its First Food Truck

By James Shackell - 18 Mar 2018

Morgan McGlone is one busy dude. Not only did he launch Natural History this week (and seriously, check that sh*t out, it’s insane), he’s also cranked the ignition on Belles Hot Chicken’s very first food truck.

Yep, you’re favourite obscenely spicy Nashville-style wings will soon be coming to a festival or a market near you. To launch the truck Morgan has teamed up with the team from 100 Burgers (the legends that brought you Mr Burger, Welcome To Thornbury, Murmur and others).

“I’ve been a longtime fan of Belles Hot Chicken,” says 100 Burger co-founder Daragh Kan. “So when the opportunity to collaborate with Morgan was presented, it was a no brainer. We’ve got the team and resources in place to support Morgan and help him rollout his food vision across the various brands. It’s a great match, and we couldn’t be more excited to launch the first Belles food truck.”

At the moment you’ll find the Belles Hot Chicken van parked at Welcome To Thornbury, but keep an eye on the Belles social channels for more up-to-date info and future gigs.

Oh, and if you want a menu recommendation, that fried chicken sandwich is off the chain. And make sure you order a side of the mac n’ cheese.
