Suckling Pig Sundays and Tap Takeover at Dr Morse

Pig out and partake in an epic Sunday session at Dr Morse in Abbotsford! Throughout November, Dr Morse will be hosting Suckling Pig Sundays, and Tap Takeovers! Meet a different brewer each Sunday, and chew the fat—err, crackling, at this great Abbotsford bar and restaurant! Heck yeah! 

So far the event has seen Hargreaves Hill and Bridge Road as guest brewers with guests sipping on some delicious crafties in one of Melbourne's best beer gardens, while mingling and learning a bit about the brews. This is one for beer appreciators and fanatics alike! Plus, get the special treat of tasting unreleased batches! Talk about food envy? What about brew envy!

Dr Morse's Sunday sessions are all about celebrating the amazing craft beer culture in Victoria. 'We're lucky to have such great beer here in Australia', part owner and General Manager, Pete Walsh says. 'This series is a road test for more events to come and to have some fun in the beer garden.' 

If you haven't been yet (or you already have, and you just want more, more, more!), then get excited for November 16th, when Kooinda Brewery will grace Dr Morse with some beautiful brews! Later in the month, catch Mornington Peninsula Brewery and Boatrocker Brewing Company. Plenty of opportunity to get your brew on!

And if a Sunday session soaking up the sun in a glorious Melbourne beer garden doesn't sound awesome enough already, why not add a suckling pig on the spit to the mix? For $20, guests will receive a pint and some delicious pork with crackling (don't hold back!), potato and slaw.
