Dessert Delivered Melbourne

Once settled nicely into my comfiest Pyjamas, what do sluggards like me do when our desire to plonk on the couch contends with a late-night sugar craving? The solution comes courtesy of a classic case of flipped logic: if you can’t go to dessert, make dessert come to you…

And that’s exactly where delivery superhero foodora comes in. Their fleet of couriers-for-hire are constantly racing across the city delivering some of Melbourne’s best restaurant fare, so why not make it worth your while; everyone knows that dessert is the best part of a meal. Not since Nero’s Rome has human accomplishment struck upon such languid extravagance.

Here are our top picks of the best desserts in Melbourne delivered straight to your door:

Multiple locations

If dessert pizza is right up your alley, then you need to hunt down A25 pizzeria. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. They’ve got an excellent selection of desserts and dessert pizzas to choose from, but the Black Forrest is our top pick—it’s hard to beat Nutella, blackberries, cherries, and oreo crumble.

Milk The Cow

St Kilda & Carlton

If you love dessert, but your sweet tooth isn’t so active, there’s no need for you to miss out. You can have a selection of different cheese boards from Milk The Cow delivered right to your door. Think a selection of cheeses, quince paste and house made lavosh.

Multiple locations

It really doesn’t need an introduction, but you mightn’t have known that you can now get Messina delivered right to your door. Avoid the queues and grab any size from three scoops, right through to a 1.5 litre tub…. Obviously we’ll be going for the latter. You’ll have the full range of flavours to choose from.

If you’re a bit of a waffler, Tutto is where it’s at. There’s an epic selection of waffles to choose from—everything from the Peanut Butter Waffle which comes with peanut butter chocolate cups, peanut butter chocolate sauce and your choice of frozen yogurt or ice cream, all served on a Belgium waffle—right through to banana nutella and strawberry waffles.

Chill Bro Paletas

It’s open to debate, but we’ve heard some strong arguments for cheesecakes being the best of all the cakes. If you lie in this camp, Chill Bro Palates is your friend. They’ll plate up your choice of cheesecake, along with dulce de leche, coffee mocha, salted caramel and popcorn, snikerone, crunchy donut and yoghurt and berries and will send it your way. Dipping sauce optional!

El Churro

Stop the bus! You know those finger lickin’ Spanish donuts that you always get when you go to markets and fairs? Well, you can now have them delivered! El Churro are the best in the biz when it comes to those fluffy sticks of joy, and they’ll even let you choose a filler.

Brunetti is somewhat of an institution when it comes to dessert. The good news is that now you can devour it from the comfort of your own home, which obviously the ideal preference. Macarons, croquembouche and cheese cake are only a click away.
