You Cannot Miss This Epic Margaret River Pop Up Event

No plans for the Anzac Day long weekend yet? Rest easy because we’ve got you sorted. And if you do have plans, you might want to re-think them if they don’t involve jumping in your car and heading down south for this awesome foodie event.

After the success of their first pop-up restaurant, Howard Park Wines are holding another one and it’s set to be a feast of epic proportions.

First things first, Iron chef winner Herb Faust has designed a Thai inspired three course menu that will knock your socks off—think modern Thai, seasonal flavours and local produce. Not to be outdone by the delicious noms, guests will also be treated to some of Howard Park’s best drops which have been expertly paired with the food.

Howard Park Wines has been bringing the good people of WA amazing wine since 1986 and their 2015 Miamup Sauvignon Blanc Semillon was recently awarded the National Sauvignon Blanc Semillon Trophy at the 2015 National Wine Show of Australia, so if you like your SBS you’ll definitely want to check this out.

The pop up is being held in the illustrious Wine Chapel and if you haven’t encountered this spot yet, you’re in for a treat. You all know that just about everywhere in the Margaret River wine region is freaking beautiful, but the Wine Chapel blows beautiful out of the water. The modern concrete building is decked out with some pretty impressive interiors and the terrace and courtyard offer views of the spectacular Leston vineyard—it’s basically the perfect combo of modern and rustic. And we all know that wine tastes better when you’re overlooking vineyards.

You should probably start racking your brains about who owes you a favour because you’re going to need a designated driver for this one. Sign up below for your chance to win tickets for you and three friends! There's also six bottles of Howard Park Wines for one lucky runner up.
