Chunky meat curry sits in a steaming pan.

We get it. Sometimes standing over the frying pan attempting to whip up some masterful creation at the end of the day can feel like a downright chore. So for those nights when you just don’t feel like cooking, luckily there’s a bunch of standout restaurants and cafes packaging up our favourite dishes to go. So why not take the night off cooking, support your local, and enjoy some delicious eats from the comfort of your couch.

The best part? With CommBank Rewards, eligible CommBank customers get $15 cashback when they spend $30 or more at Menulog. Simply fire up the CommBank app, activate the Menulog reward then spend using an eligible Mastercard debit or credit card. So, what’s stopping you? It's time to get feasting.

Barra Buoys

Sunshine Beach

The guys over at Barra Buoys in Sunshine Beach do a slightly elevated version of your classic takeaway fish and chips.  They’ve got everything from oysters and calamari to cooked wild-caught prawns served with a generous side of hot chips. They’ve got a few specials on the menu if you’re looking to fancy it up with a classic prawn roll or prawn and pumpkin arancini balls.

10 Hastings

Noosa

A long time Noosa crowd-favourite, you absolutely can’t go wrong with Mediterranean tapas from 10 Hastings. To start, grab the Cerdo Asado featuring twice-cooked byron bay pork belly, local seared scallops, sweet potato puree and PX sherry reduction, and follow that up with the mouth-watering Croquetas filled with chevre, caramelised onion, truffle oil, crispy sage and a romesco sauce.

Bertoni’s

Noosaville And Maroochydore

Parmigiana lovers, this one’s for you. Here on the coast, Bertoni’s takes the title for the best parmies going around, boasting a menu packed with eight different tasty toppings. Choose between: the classic with Napoli sauce, prosciutto and mozzarella; the Hawaiian take with BBQ sauce, shredded ham and pineapple; creamy mushroom, béchamel and spring onion; and the catch of the day, loaded with prawns, fish and scallops. If parmies aren’t your style, they also do top-notch pizza and pasta.

Kaali Gourmet Indian

Noosa Heads

Let’s face it, we all love a curry on takeaway night. So if you’re really looking to treat yourself to some of the finest Indian cuisine in town, Kaali has got you well and truly covered. The menu is packed with all the usual suspects but if we had to choose, we recommend starting with the duck samosa with candied ginger and macadamia, followed by the butter chicken or for something a little different, get the Barramundi goan with coconut gravy with red chillies, curry leaves, coriander and tamarind.

Go on, take the night off cooking, support your local, and enjoy some delicious eats from the comfort of your couch. The best part?
