If you are new to halloumi fries, the ones being dished up by Neshama are next-level. Think little sticks of halloumi coated in a spice mix then shallow fried to crispy-yet-gooey perfection and then loaded with sweet chilli sauce, crispy bacon and diced spring onions.
Yes, we told you, big news.
But these guys don’t stop there. We’ve also been told first-hand that they’re working on a drool-worthy new combo featuring Greek yoghurt, lemon and harissa dipping sauce—spicy but nicey.
