It’s a rarity that something comes to our coastal shores that’s this exciting and exceptional, but the folks at Noosa Hot Bread Shop are set to delight us once more with their latest instalment.

That’s right, the team who are responsible for the deliciousness that is Noosa Hot Bread Shop have just opened another location and it’s shaping up to be their finest creation yet.

Let us introduce you to Circa Cooroy.

Located in leafy and laid-back Maple Street, Cooroy Circa is complete with an onsite bakery, coffee roastery and French-styled cafe, serving up all our faves that we have grown to know and love. Think: warm, flakey croissants and a crusty croque monsieur almost certain to transport you to a Parisian cafe located on the Left Bank.

When owners Craig McCabe and Maeva first saw the location they knew it was meant to be. Circa is housed inside a former garage that they’ve meticulously  renovated and refitted. It’s obvious this passionate pair have approached the project with perfection in mind and every detail has been made with the utmost care and thoughtfulness.

The husband and wife team have a passion for perfectly executed sourdough bread, excellent food and awesome coffee. Their coffee is Padre too, in case you’re wondering.

This huge multifunctional space is a French-styled cafe by day and, by night, transforms into a bustling sit-down restaurant equipped with a wood-fired pizzeria and bar.

The bakery quietly opened over the weekend, however the pizzeria is set to launch in the coming weeks. (Remember to set your calendars guys, this place is going to be popular.)

We’re confident Circa Cooroy will be a unique dining destination for all foodie lovers. New ventures such as this don’t come around often and we’re sure locals and out-of-towners alike will be flocking to this latest hotspot like bees to a honey pot!
