MUJI Is Opening In Sydney, Finally!

By Ellie Schneider - 09 Apr 2015

In only the best news ever for Sydney’s Japanophiles, MUJI is finally opening its doors in The Galeries.

The new store will be MUJI’s third in Australia (following Chadstone and Emporium in Melbourne), and will offer its iconic range of eco-friendly basics. In fact, MUJI is derived from its Japanese name, ‘Mujirushi Ryohin’, meaning ‘no brand quality goods’, and its range is characterised by a simple, minimal aesthetic, and top-notch quality.

So what can you expect? Well, the new store (which we hear is a whopping 1000sqm space) will include men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, as well as homewares, organic cosmetics, furniture and of course, stationary. So, basically everything you could ever possibly need.

Doors open on May 14th, so get in line!
