Clear your calendar, because Westfield’s Taste. Shop. Play is back for another weekend of epic pop-ups from droolworthy eats to creative workshops and plenty of fashion.
It’s all going down on March 9-10 across fifteen Westfield locations in New South Wales. So no matter your postcode or preference there’s sure to be something for everyone.
Fashion lovers rejoice, as free workshops and giveaways are about to take over New South Wales. With everything from live fashion illustrations hosted by Aaron Favloro at Westfield Bondi Junction, to sneaker customisation at Westfield Chatswood and Westfield Parramatta, to monogramming stations at Westfield Liverpool, it’s safe to say there’s something to tickle every fashionista’s fancy.
Plus, also on offer is the 'Swap or Shop' station in Westfield Hornsby, where shoppers can donate old clothing in exchange for $10 gift cards. If that’s not motivation for a wardrobe clean out, we don’t know what is.
Paint & Sip workshops are in abundance with classes being held at Westfield Hurstville, Westfield Miranda and Westfield Penrith, while Westfield Eastgardens are playing host to an essential oils workshop by doTerra and a ‘Happiness’ masterclass presented by Kikki K.
If you’re still not satisfied, make a beeline for Westfield Miranda, where an entire Creative Collective Hub will be showcased, featuring Kikki K Vision Board workshops, posie making with Rose & Co as well as terrarium and macrame workshops with Gro Urban Oasis.
Food, Glorious Food
Feeling peckish? Brace yourself for a smorgasbord of delicious feasts. Salts, Meats Cheese will be out in force at Westfield Bondi Junction, treating shoppers with mouth-watering Italian cooking classes, while Westfield Hornsby will also play host to pasta making workshops. If sweets are more your thing, head to Westfield Kotara where you can master the art of donut decorating thanks to Donut King or dabble in cookie decorating with Muffin Break.
For the sweets obsessed, make sure you don’t miss out on the mesmerising Sugar Republic dessert museum, located in Myer at Sydney Westfield. Have your phone at the ready with a bubblegum pink ball pit, climbable candy rainbow, sherbet-filled bridge and life-size gumball machine all on show.
A dessert museum, free food, personalisation stations and creative workshops? Consider your weekend sorted.
