January is over, which means holidays and excuses are over. It’s time to get back on the wagon and get in shape. These are some new and different workouts we’ve found at our favourite Sydney fitness studios to get you back on the fitness track.

KX Pilates

We don’t need an excuse to boogie at the best of times, but without wandering eyes judging your Beyoncé impressions, you can go full throttle, making it a liberating, and surprisingly tiring, workout.
