The juggernauts of no-frills food and sustainable produce are plating up an epic crayfish feast that’ll up your usual date-night antics.
Inspired by the seafood festivals of Tasmania’s Flinders Island, Three Blue Ducks is championing fresh produce and feeds cooked on an open fire. The Crayfish Dinner is made up of seven mammoth courses so you’re guaranteed to eat your way into a nice little food coma (which will be absolutely worth every bite).
On the foodie line up, you’ll find smoked and fresh oysters, Tassie CO clams, kangaroo tail stew, lobster head beurre blanc, poached crayfish and roast chicken too. To sweetly finish things off, you’re also in for malt baked quince with whisky cream and blueberries and salted chocolate. All dishes also feature optional wine pairings.
Side note: If you love the Ducks and you want to save on your bill, you’ll want to check out our new dining card, Urban Feast. It features the Three Blue Ducks, and 19 other awesome Sydney restaurants. Check it out here.
