Brisbane food truck, The Bone Lorry is driving a big ol’ truck of tasty around our streets, specialising in delicious meat on the bone. This includes, of course, one heck of a Triple Pig Bun: perfectly cooked pork shoulder, chorizo AND bacon topped with apple and fennel slaw, smoked garlic aioli and apple ketchup.
Okay, so we all know pulled pork is delicious, but what about pulled pork on pizza? Yes, please. The Burrow in West End are one step ahead, creating the Big Voodoo Daddy pizza. Pulled pork and Cajun sausage with red onions, mozzarella and bourbon BBQ glaze on a tomato base, finished with delicious fresh slaw.

Make a visit to The Smoke BBQ in New Farm and get cosy with their pulled pork plate: a generous helping of North Carolina pulled pork served with fries and coleslaw, which you can substitute for mac & cheese!
