Ever dined on a bridge before? Neither have we—which is why we’re pretty darn excited about Stokehouse Q’s upcoming twilight dinner event.
Taking place atop the Goodwill Bridge—that’s right, ON the bridge—the experience will have you taking in a sunset and some epic city views before wining and dining a night away under the stars with Stokehouse Q Executive Chef Ollie Hansford.
Part cooking class, part long table dinner and 100 per cent once-in-a-lifetime experience, each course of the five-course dinner will star interactive elements that will allow you to be a part of Chef Ollie’s creative cooking process and tailor your very own individual feast.
With seafood the star of the show, the courses will include Sydney rock oysters with finger lime and yuzu dressing, DIY cobia ceviche and a four-senses salmon that will have you creating your own custom dish according to your love of salt, sour, sweet and bitter flavours.
All this is matched with two cocktails and two top-notch wines—because what’s a party on a bridge without a little booze? Just don’t lean too far over that barrier…
Tickets for the dinner will set you back $150pp, and will be available from Thursday 3 October on the Stokehouse Q website here.
