Good Vibes’ Vinyasa Yoga Flow class may be classified as a medium to high-intensity class, but it’s suitable for all levels of experience. The aim of this class is to build internal heat and aid in detoxifying the body, and you can definitely expect to get your heart rate up with this one. If you’re looking for a workout that’s equal parts fun and equal parts high intensity, this one’s definitely for you. The class features easy to follow sequences and absolutely no dance experience is required, duh.

Some certainly do like it hot. And if you’re one of those people, sign yourself up to a Foundation Hum class at Humming Puppy, ASAP. Classes are held in rooms normally heated to 27 degrees and we’re serious when we say that the rooms at Humming Puppy literally hum. Each Foundation Hum class incorporates principles of breath-pranayama, movement-asana and awareness-meditation. Beginners and expert level yogis are all welcome to the studio, with this class, in particular, being the recommended place to start for beginners.
If you’re looking to ramp things up, you may want to try out Humming Puppy’s Dynamic Hum class. This class explores more complex transitions, commanding you to challenge yourself both physically and mentally.

Yarraville-based health studio, All For One offer both 30 and 60-minute Meditation and Mindfulness Classes.
