You’ll be looking at holding poses anywhere between 4-6 minutes and this class is ideal for all skill levels. With ambience provided by organic beeswax candles, paired with their recycled merino wool blankets, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t attend this class before.
Good Vibes’ Vinyasa Yoga Flow class may be classified as a medium to high-intensity class, but it’s suitable for all levels of experience. The aim of this class is to build internal heat and aid in detoxifying the body, and you can definitely expect to get your heart rate up with this one. If you’re looking at giving a Barre workout a go, seriously look no further than Barre Body. Barre Body’s Ballet Barre Conditioning class is known for blending pilates with yoga, and will literally and figuratively have you on your toes. It’s time to let out your inner gracefulness. No holds barred.
What’s better than dancing like nobody’s watching? Dancing (like nobody’s watching) at a Barre Body Dance Cardio class. If you’re looking for a workout that’s equal parts fun and equal parts high intensity, this one’s definitely for you. The class features easy to follow sequences and absolutely no dance experience is required, duh.
You’ve definitely heard of Hip Hop Yoga, but have you ever actually done it? If you’re finally thinking about taking a class, look no further than Yoga 213 in Richmond. The class is focused on a combination of vinyasa yoga flow postures and you can expect hip hop beats from the likes of Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, Biggie and more. Oh, and did we mention that it’s followed by an intense abs session? Be prepared.
The Rise Nation style of working out originated in LA and has made its way down under and into our lives. And thanks to Rise Nation, it’s officially possible to easily mistake a workout room for a nightclub. Each 30-Minute Vertical Climbing HIIT Session utilises a piece of equipment called the Versaclimber, meaning you’re engaging in cardio vertical climbing. Some certainly do like it hot. And if you’re one of those people, sign yourself up to a Foundation Hum class at Humming Puppy, ASAP. Classes are held in rooms normally heated to 27 degrees and we’re serious when we say that the rooms at Humming Puppy literally hum. Each Foundation Hum class incorporates principles of breath-pranayama, movement-asana and awareness-meditation. Beginners and expert level yogis are all welcome to the studio, with this class, in particular, being the recommended place to start for beginners.
If you’re looking to ramp things up, you may want to try out Humming Puppy’s Dynamic Hum class. This class explores more complex transitions, commanding you to challenge yourself both physically and mentally.

While we take the time to train our bodies, it’s important to take the time to train our minds too. Yarraville-based health studio, All For One offer both 30 and 60-minute Meditation and Mindfulness Classes. Not only will you practice techniques in class, but you’ll also walk away from the class with the skills to implement practical mindfulness strategies into your everyday life.

Since opening in 2016, Bodhi & Ride have slowly but surely built their very own cult-level riding tribe. Their Rhythm Ride classes mean two things: sweat and killer playlists. At Richmond-based treadmill running studio Run Club, their trainer-led classes are designed to build your overall health and fitness through training speed, strength and endurance.
