Paring whisky and dessert, this stall is sure to be a favourite at this year’s Night Noodle Markets, giving Melburnians a taste of Manhattan’s gastronomic scene with the whisky maple cookie, lovingly created by Momofuku Milk Bar chef Christina Tosi who is renowned worldwide for her infamous cereal milk and compost cookie.
