As far as New Years Resolutions go, playing with more dogs (which don't necessarily have to be my own), and donating more to charity were right up there on the list. And now Vision Australia have basically showed me the easiest and quickest way to achieve both of those things by the end of January, thereby winning at 2016 super early and declaring myself #outie. Basically all I need to do for the rest of the year is metaphorically #netflixandchill. Or literally.
Seeing Eye Dogs Australia has a great childrens program to teach them more about guide dogs - so now is the time to jump for joy that you had a kid (#winning), or suspiciously and suddenly offer to babysit someone else's kids for free (#alsowinning). Adults are allowed in basically to supervise, so try not to be *too* obvious when pushing children out of the way to pat the puppies.
Head to their website for more details, but in short you can book online for dates this January with a $40 donation going to a great cause. You'll get all those brownie points for babysitting your friend's kid - plus, the adults are free, so you could totally get the parents to pay for that... Looks like everything's coming up Millhouse.
The Pawsome Holiday program runs from 10am–12pm on January 8, 11, 15, 18, 20, 22 and 25.
