Pinchos Bar De Tapas Is Now Doing Traditional On The Bar Pintxos

Dreaming of a Spanish getaway, an icy cold jug of sangria and some authentic bar top tapas? Well listen closely.  Forget the twenty-hour flight, Pinchos Bar de Tapas in Leederville is now officially serving pintxos on the bar!

Their inspo comes from the iconic coastal city of San Sebastian where you’ll find a pintxos bar on every corner. The word pintxo literally translates to skewer and refers to the snack-like dishes served with a toothpick and often spotted covering bar tops for locals to enjoy.

As of today, get to Pinchos in Leederville and you’ll find tasty treats like rockmelon gazpacho with jamón and sweet Pedro Ximénez vinegar, cured salmon with feta and green olive, confit chorizo with manchego & chilli honey and the classic ensaladilla rusa; escabeche of mussels with fennel, chickpeas & apple just to name a few. *drool*

Our favourite part: order any alcoholic beverage and you’ll receive a FREE pintxo. That’s it. We’re sold.

But don't worry, if you want to go hard on the pitxos, you can eat as many as you can stomach and then just pay by the toothpick at the end.

Pinchos owner, Justin Bell’s love of pintxos has come from holidaying around Spain as a kid and learning the language whilst living and eating with the locals.

“I now get to deliver this to the people of Perth at Pinchos Bar de Tapas in Leederville and I’m loving it!” says Justin.

Pinchos on the Bar is available every Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, so get down there quick smart.
