The stellar team behind Northbridge’s Neon Palms have opened the doors to Volare, a leafy new apertivo-style bar in Maylands’ old Swallow Bar site. Embracing and preserving the 1920’s art-deco features, the beautiful heritage space has been given a slight face-lift to give coastal European vibes, with a food and drinks menu to match.
