Everyone loves to stay at a resort—whether you’re actually on a vacay or are a local channelling those holiday vibes without moving outside of a 30km radius from where you live—there’s something about having a temporary lush place to call your own, and then leave, when 10am rolls around, 11am if you’re lucky.
What’s even better is when there’s a restaurant attached to where you’re staying. Rarely does it happen that these hotel restaurants are some of the best in the area, but when it does, you’re in for a treat.
Get your tastebuds ready to be wowed, these hotspots are changing the reputation of resort dining, ranking as some of the best restaurants in Noosa.
Noosa Beach House By Pete Kuruvita | Sheraton
It would be plain rude not to include Noosa Beach House at the top of this round up. Headed up by one of Australia’s leading chefs Peter Kuruvita, Noosa Beach House sits on the Hastings Street side of the Sheraton and is the image you’d expect to find next to the definition of “coastal dining”—load of natural light, white, and natural timber accents. Everything here is divine but if you want a real deal buffet brekky, the one at Noosa Beach House will easily replace all the shitty buffet experiences you ever had as a child. Come evening, while the dinner menu is worth a squiz, we can’t go past the degustation menu. Pair it with matching wines and you’ve got yourself a delicious little package that you’ll be raving about to anyone who’ll listen (or pretend they’re listening). Hands down one of the best restaurants in Noosa. Resort or no resort.

Little View On Hastings | Peppers
Tucked away from the bustle, Little View isn’t going to be somewhere you just stumble on for dinner. Nope, you’re going to either hunt this one down OR you’ll be one of the lucky ones who is actually staying at Peppers Resort—hello insane apartments with even insane-r views! The crew at Little View have all your eating habits sorted with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options on offer! How would we do it? Order a bunch of “tastes” to share—think small plates of pan-friend gnocchi with chives, hazelnut, asparagus, and gruyere, or Byron Bay pork belly with coconut and chilli caramel. So tempting, you’d be a fool to try and resist.

Relish | Noosa Springs Golf and Spa Resort
If you want your past experiences of “resort restaurants” deleted permanently from your memory, Relish could be the one to overshadow them. In a good way. Seriously smooth service—a feat in itself—a super relaxed setting overlooking the Noosa Springs Golf Course; this Noosa restaurant is the perfect compromise if the boys want a hit, and the girls just wanna knock back champas while they “watch”. When the game is over, settle in for a feast off the menu. It’ll be hard to go past seafood faves like Mooloolaba prawn linguini or the crispy skin Northern Territory barramundi.
