And we’re freaking out! Like how much good stuff can happen in the first half of the year? Srsly. If there’s a limit, we must be almost hitting it.
But, not before a brand new Mexican cantina opens its doors in Noosa Junction. Yep, you read right. A super fresh restaurant and bar paying homage to the Cali/Mex dining scene is going to be gracing the top end of the Coast with its taco-heavy presence very soon. Can we get a “hell yeah”?
Named Paradise Arcade, it’ll be decked out with hand-painted tiles imported from Mexico, a pendant-lit bar, and a giant mural of Frida Kahlo by local tattooist Sam Clark—we’ve had a sneak peek and it’s epic. There’ll be plenty of indoor seating plus a sweet courtyard to hang out in, all the while the hip hop tunes will be a-cranking.
We don’t want to give too much away just yet, but let’s just say you can expect the largest range of tequila and Mezcal on the Sunshine Coast, Paradise Arcade’s very own Mexican lager on tap, and a ridiculous menu that you’d happily eat off seven nights a week.
Set to launch into the world next month (or early May), keep your eyes on Metropolist for the big reveal where we’ll spill who’s behind it, what’s on offer, and what makes this Noosa newcomer so spesh.
We’ve got all the good feels about this one. Time to get excited, peeps!
