In Sydney restaurants, dumplings usually come in quantities of four (stingy), eight (better) or twelve (thass more like it). Whether they come steamed, fried or boiled, the bite-sized parcels of goodness are so more-ish 100 per cent of the time, and there’s a little dumpling-sized hole of sadness in your heart (and stomach) when the last one on the plate is snuffled up.
Spring Street Social has tapped into this niche, and are bringing the all you can eat dumpling goods on Wednesdays and Fridays for $30 per person. Yes, it’s real, and it’s in Bondi.
The endless-dumpling-dreams are so popular, they’re already booked out this Wednesday. But you’ve learnt your lesson, haven’t you? Quickly, grab your dumpling-loving friends (that should be all of them, because if your friends don’t love dumplings, they’re dumped as your friend, amirite?), and book yo-selves in for Friday.
Actually, just clear your nights every Wednesday and Friday night, and 333 bus that sh*t.
If you need more juice deets, head here.
Psst...they’re scoping out demand for vegan dumplings on Thursday nights, too.
