For one weekend only, Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is bringing back their stunning Love Rosé Brunch to your Insta feed. On Saturday 9 June and Sunday 10 June, you’ll have the chance to sip on endless amounts of your fave pink drink, dine on a drool-worthy menu with all your entire girl gang (or bros)—tables fit up to 14—and nab yourself a whole lot of the #bulklikes.
Food-wise you can expect to wrap your lips around coconut and nut baked granola and brunch tulips (think smoked labne and peach jam, whipped goats curd, spiced pecan praline as well as salmon and avocado tartare). The deliciousness continues with baked mushroom and smoked mozzarella tartelette and slow-braised brisket benedict (our fave!). Those after a sugar hit will be sweeter than ever with lime meringue, Dulce de Leche and macarons, worth every last calorie. Oh, and the best part? It's all made for sharing so you can try one of everything.
