A general rule of thumb is that sky-high feasts are always a good idea.

If you’re a born and raised Sydneysider, you’ll be very much aware of the Ferris Wheel antics down at sparkly Darling Harbour. Now, for the first time ever, this spinning wheel sporting some of Sydney’s best views is hosting a series of brunches.

You’ll be able to book your own private gondola (which can fit anywhere between two to four passengers) and lap up 360-degree views of Darling Harbour while you dive into some delicious brunch staples for an entire 30-minutes. The Ferris Wheel itself soars to a whopping 35-metres so you’ll want to make sure you have your phone fully juiced up for some epic photos ahead.

As for what’s on the menu, it’s a solid line-up of fresh breakfast classics, all brought to you by the food masters from Darling Harbour’s Tourtiere Cafe. Once onboard this harbourside Ferris Wheel, you’re in for ham and cheese croissants, buttermilk waffles, yoghurt, a selection of cold cut meats, cheeses and crackers, fresh fruit, peanut butter bars, protein bliss balls, brownies, macaroons, and, to knock it all back, some fresh OJ.
