Just when you thought the humble parmy couldn’t get any better, South Bank’s Little Big House goes and ups the ante with a creation so inspired we’re in actual awe.
Not content with just giving the iconic dish a twist with a new sauce, creative side or unique topping, the crew at Little Big House has gone and wrapped their crispy parmy around a hot dog and topped it off with melted cheese, ketchup and mustard for a meal that will send any pub lover into a tailspin.
The monster creation is going to be one of four on the menu for one week only from Monday 26 August to Sunday 1 September. It’s all in preparation for the massive Parmy Party they’re throwing on Sunday, where they’ll be giving away a year’s worth of parmies. That’s right, 365 parmies are up for grabs, and all you have to do is vote for your favourite version on Little Big House’s Facebook or Instagram.
What will you be voting on? Well the kitchen is also dishing up a guacamole and corn chip topped version as well as an Asian inspired sweet and sour number. But honestly, they had us at hotdog parmy. Check out all the details and hit 'going' on that parmy party invite here.
