Even if you haven't tried it, you've all heard of SUP yoga by now, right? In case you've been living under rock, it's yoga done atop a stand up paddleboard on the water—bringing a whole new meaning to the concept of balance.
Now that you're all caught up, you can go ahead and forget SUP yoga, because SUP Pilates is the latest and greatest craze to sweep Perth, but—and here's the kicker—it's being done indoors... on the ground! Yeah, we were confused too.
As it turns out, this actually makes a whole lot of sense. The guys at The Perth Pilates Studio have gone and got themselves some super fancy indoor boards so you can take your Pilates workout to a whole new level—just think of your core.
