Impress The Fam With This Christmas Pudding Punch Recipe From Market Grounds

If you're on drinks duty and looking for a way to impress the fam, we reckon this Champagne Christmas pudding punch from the crew at Market Grounds is just what you need.

Packed with sugar and spice and all things nice, this boujee festive punch is bound to be better than any actual pudding served up on the big day. (Sorry, nan.)



  • 150ml Hennessy VS Cognac (or cognac of choice)

  • 150ml Four Pillars Christmas Gin

  • 60ml Disaronno amaretto

  • 45ml Cointreau

  • 1 cup orange oleo saccharum (recipe here, or just use a sweetener of your choice)

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine (Champagne is best)

  • 100ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 10 dashes Regans orange bitters


  • Dehydrated orange wheels
  • Flamed nutmeg
  • Gingerbread men and candy canes (optional)


  1. Add all punch ingredients to a punch bowl and mix
  2. Add large ice blocks and stir until chilled 
  3. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheels and flamed nutmeg
  4. Serve in individual cups with plenty of Christmas cheer and shenanigans
