Keeping up with the best events, new openings, pop ups, and good things to eat in Perth is no mean feat (and we would know!). To make your life that little bit easier, and because we love a good list, we’ve teamed up with Peroni to bring you What’s Trending: A one-stop guide to everything worth checking out in your city this month, so you won’t miss a thing.

Autumn is here and with it comes plenty of food festivals, beautiful sights and good vibes for all of you Perth peeps to get around.

Yes, summer might be over, but let’s just remember that the warm days last until about May, so don’t let the weather excuse you from having a good time.

Here’s what’s trending in Perth this March.

#1. Eating Dinner In The Sky

In Perth for a short stint this March, Dinner In The Sky is a dining experience like no other. Guests will be strapped into a four-point safety belt and hoisted 50 metres above the South Perth foreshore by a crane. It’s all happening between 15 and 25 March, get in quick to secure your spot at the table.

#2. Fun New Food Festivals

From a chilli and avo festival to an American BBQ festival and even a bacon festival—Fringe might be over, but Perth is going gaga for all kinds of foodie events. What will they think of next?

#3. Keeping Up With Our 2017 Health Goals

It might be autumn, but that’s no excuse to fall off your healthy eating bandwagon. From nourish bowls (and how to make them), to smoothie bowls and the latest and greatest calorie slamming workout, RideMega at LA Fit Studio, Perth’s got everything you need to stay fit and fabulous through the cooler months.

#4. Doing Good Deeds

This March is all about spreading good vibes and paying it forward and it’s not too late to get on board with the legends from March Movement. All you have to do is commit to doing one good deed a day, be it buying a stranger a coffee or helping someone carry their groceries to their car. Go forth and do good deeds, peeps!

#5. Streaming In The Sky

Since the news broke that Qantas will be offering Netflix, Foxtel and Spotify on all domestic flights FOR FREE, we cannot stop talking about it (and planning our next trip away). Flights just got a whole lot more enjoyable! Where to next, Perth?

#6. Cheese

Ok, we admit it, we’re a little vain. But, there’s something about dining and drinking in beautiful surrounds that gets us going. If you’re the same here are some of Perth’s most beautiful restaurants you need to check out.

#9. Blissing Out With Beer

Beer. That magical golden liquid that makes those scorching hot days a little more bearable.  The best place to get blissed out with beer this March is in the beer garden at The Boulevard where you can also get your hands on delicious pastas, pizzas and arancini.

#10. Getting Crafty At A Workshop

From cake decorating and painting (with wine) to mindfulness and making your own skincare, Perth’s workshop game is strong. Book yourself in to something that tickles your fancy and get ready to level up in the skills department.
