The four course feast consists solely of dishes that feature varieties of crab, with concoctions such as Saikou salmon with marinated spanner crab, asparagus with steamed crab and caviar, and a whole Queensland spanner crab with tomato and ragu. For dessert, there's reprieve from crustaceans however Cannoli, Ricotta And Blood orange spell out "crab".
