Draw Two! Draw four! Gotcha!
Oh man, the memories are flooding back. Who would have thought playing endless (and slightly aggressive) games of Uno would one day put us in a position to win cash money?
Yep, this weekend at the Geebung RSL, there’s an adults-only Uno tournament. Now let’s remember, this is the Geebung RSL, so don’t expect some let’s-get-ready-to-rummmmble, Colosseum-style death match. There probably won’t be a killer soundtrack, lasers or a celebrity host (the event says someone named ‘Duncan’ is the MC, enough said).
Still, it’s a good chance to prove once and for all that you’re the Uno master—and did we mention the cash prizes? $100 for first place. That’s some sweet Uno coin right there.
It’s all going down at 7pm this Saturday. Entry is free (you just have to sign-up on Facebook). No kids at this one either: it’s 18+, unlike those sissy, schoolyard Uno tournaments. This thing is the real deal.
Take no prisoners. Save your Draw 4s. Godspeed.
