Confession time: we’ve definitely (definitely) ordered cookie dough ice cream just to eat said cookie dough and toss aside said ice cream. Who hasn’t?
If you’ve ever found yourself in the situation above—so, every Saturday night in front of Netflix basically—you’ll be over the moon to know that very soon you’ll be able to buy straight up cookie dough in Brisbane!
Already a huge hit in London and New York, the edible cookie dough craze has FINALLY hit our shores just in time for our winter time (read: when we care not for honing our beach bods) thanks to new Brisbane market stall, KuKi.
KuKi’s unique cookie dough is ready-to-eat (made with pasteurised eggs—so adios those warnings that normally come with regs cookie dough) and is made using locally sourced ingredients for maximum dough-like flavour.
So that we’re not simply shovelling cookie dough in our gobs like Neanderthals, your ready-to-eat cookie dough comes served in a delectable waffle cone or cup.
Flavours will include PB Crunch (cookie dough with peanut butter, smashed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and peanuts), The Chocolate (chocolate cookie dough laced with choc chip pieces), even The Original which happens to be vegan too—win!
KuKi is set to hit the Brisbane market scene early August across various locations, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on where to hit them up!
Where: Various Brisbane market locations
