And just like that, we've reached November, the breather month before the craziness of Christmas kicks in. If you ask us, it's actually the best time of the year. The weather is perfect, the days are getting longer and there's always a bunch of awesome events to attend.

Diaries at the ready, these are the best things to do on the Gold Coast this November.

Twilight Night At Cornerstone

If there’s cheese, there’s us. And Cornerstone’s Twilight Night in Tugun is the best excuse we’ve come across to eat it by the wheel. Kick back with a cold one, a cutie and your picnic rug, all with catchy live music crooning in the background. Best of all, share boards and mezze plates are on the ready so your sunset session comes fully catered.

When: Friday 2 November; 4pm until 7pm
Where: Cornerstone Stores; 570 Gold Coast Hwy, Tugun

If you’re a fan of the soul, rhythm and blues music scene, then you’ve probably already heard of her. And if you haven’t, you’re missing out. Luckily for us, Mojo Juju is bringing her amazing set of pipes to the Coast with a FREE performance at the NightQuarter. Bliss out with her soulful tunes and then load up on all the food truck goodness.

Day Of The Dead

Our faves at Dust Temple are throwing a celebration to remember. Pay your respects to the great artists passed at an epic oversized Day of The Dead flower installation—complete with edible offerings. There will also be margaritas aplenty and an authentic Mexican barbecue (with vegan options too) to keep you fed and watered throughout the night. To really get you in the mood there will be face painting and flower crowns available too. Once the sun goes down, enjoy an awesome fire performance to ensure the celebration kicks on in true Mexican style.
