Every now and then, we all need a bit of luxury injected into our lives. Hell, we don’t just need it—we deserve it! We’ve earned the right to occasionally feel like a princess (or prince).
And if said luxury involves tasty cakes, finger sandwiches, and a quality cuppa—well, let’s just say we could get used to it. A high tea is the perfect excuse to put on our metaphorical tiara (might be best to leave the real one at home—let’s not embarrass ourselves) and get your gal-pals together for a good gossip and some traditional glamour.
We’ve lined up the best high teas on the Sunshine Coast for you to try, whether it be for a special occasion or just ‘cause. Indulge and enjoy!

Le Bon Delice
Google translate Le Bon Delice and you’ll get “good delight”. Which is an understatement—because everything this French Patisserie does, is a GREAT delight. And their high tea is no exception. Start with a savoury course of canapés and quiche complemented with homemade relish; and finish with a range of cakes and treats from their cabinet—we’re talking éclairs, macarons, and tarts. You’ll also be gifted a complimentary pot of specialty tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. If you’re a vegetarian, they’ll kindly adapt the menu for you; and the beach is just a stone’s throw away, so you can walk it all off afterwards. Sounds délicieux! (That’s delicious if you didn’t catch on to that.)

Heck, while you’re at it, why not add on a mani/pedi and hit the town for what could be the most epic day of 2018. Go on, treat yo’ self!
