As far as inspirational talks on the Sunshine Coast go, this is one honest conversation you’re not going to want to miss.
Founder of much-loved fashion brand Sass & Bide and one of Australia’s most successful designers, Heidi Middleton is taking the floor with Start Up Creative’s Kaylene Langford to chat about her journey, the changes in fashion she’s witnessed along the way and her latest venture.
Over a glass of bubbles and canapes, Heidi will offer an unfiltered perspective on starting, designing and building a brand, divulge how she came to renovate a fairytale-like chateau in France, and provide a refreshingly honest look at her return home to kick off a small, sustainable fashion business, ARTCLUB, and in turn, disrupt the fast fashion industry.
Along with the casual conversation, there’ll be a chance for the audience to ask any burning questions, so have your pen and paper at the ready.
Presented by The Refinery and held Thursday evening, this is the perfect weeknight out for creatives, fashion and interior designers, business owners, and anyone with interest in sustainable enterprises.
Tickets are a budget-friendly $35, and with limited seats available, we doubt they’ll last long. For more information, click here.
