Prepare to party team. The Heaps Gay Street Festival is coming back to the inner west next weekend and this time they’re closing down an entire street. Oh yeah, this one is going to be pretty damn epic.
After a sell-out event last year, the Heaps Gay Street Party is coming back bigger and better than last year. We’re talking about live entertainment from Cakes Da Dilla, Touch Sensitive and Mega O Mega, and that’s just for starters. There’s also a huuuge line-up of DJs—they’ve even partnered with Koori Radio for the event so there’ll be a second stage dedicated to indigenous world music. Yep, it’s going to be off the chain.
On the food front, you’ll be feasting on the inner west’s best with tinnies from Young Henry’s and eats by Porteno, Bloodwood and Continental Deli. Again, that’s just for starters, there’ll also be local bars bringing the goods to this street party.
Early bird tickets are completely sold out, so you’ll want to jump on this one quickly guys. Book your tickets here.
