Since opening in Albion last year, Camp has raised the standard for breakfasting the city over. With their specialty coffee, schmick décor, and delicious breakfasts, Camp steadily rose higher and higher on our weekend rotation as a proud testament to their team of passionate industry pros. What sets Camp apart, though, is their eponymous fireside culture, making it the perfect place to catch up with mates and feel totally and completely at home.
But coffee and breakfast is just one frontier and the crew at Camp are a bunch of intrepid go-getters. Ergo, they’re extending their trading hours as of this Friday night, and to celebrate they’re throwing a big ol' Burger Bash.
On the menu for this inaugural feast will be some charcuterie and pickle plates to snack on, as well as three different burgers for heftier appetites: the beef brisket with cheddar, slaw and mustard; spiced lamb with gruyere, zucchini pickle, beetroot jam and garlic lemon yoghurt; and mushroom with eggplant bacon, pickles, rocket and pesto. If their breakfast game is anything to go by, these burgs promise to be a dazzling explosion of deliciousness, crafted from the very best produce available.
As for drinks, Camp’s got you covered with some home-grown tipples courtesy of Balter, Green Beacon, and a bunch of Australian vineyards.
We highly recommend knocking off early and swinging by Camp for a lowkey sesh to ring in the weekend. Check out their events page for more details and we’ll see you there!
