With the former head chef of The Apple Daily at the helm, new Perth Chinese restaurant Miss Chow’s will throw open their doors for dinner on December 1.
Located at Claremont Quarter, punters can expect a flavoursome menu packed with dishes like steamed juicy buns, caramel sesame glazed spareribs, pan-fried dumplings and Shanghainese red braised meatballs. Drool!
Head chef Andrew Moores comes to Miss Chow's via east-coast fine dining restaurants including Quay, Pier and Bistrode. He moved to Perth for a chance to express his Asian style and flair at The Apple Daily and is excited to take on a new challenge at Miss Chow's.
"I'm a huge believer in sourcing fresh seasonal produce, especially from WA, and supporting micro businesses and local farmers whereever possible," he said.
The Miss Chow’s menu journeys through a variety of rice dishes, noodles dishes and main meals and aims to brings to Perth a fresh perspective on Chinese cuisine.
