You’ve Got One Month Left To Dine At This Perth Institution

In case you haven’t heard, the iconic Restaurant Amuse in East Perth will be shutting its doors on Saturday 4 March. Since opening back in 2006, owners Hadleigh and Carolynne Troy have impressed the people of Perth with one of the most innovative and flavoursome degustation menus we’ve ever seen.

The end of their lease combined with the recent birth of their first child was the catalyst to try their hand at something new. They’ve decided it’s time for a change of pace and word on the street is that we can expect a new, slightly more family friendly venue from the couple in the near future.

While the restaurant is fully booked until its closing date, we think you’d be mad not to email them and pop your name on the waiting list.
