This month, big things are happening down at Darling Harbour so brace yourself for all the antics.
For the first time ever, a large-scale pop-up ice rink will be descending on Sydney shores as North America’s Ice Hockey Classic arrives Down Under. It’ll be the fifth time the Ice Hockey Classic Tour has come into Australia.
The ice stadium will be designed exclusively for the 2019 Ice Hockey Classic Tour and will hold more spectators than any permanent rink in Sydney. You’ll find this epic pop-up at the International Convention Centre (ICC), which will be transformed into a 6000-seat professionally made arena and will reach 59 metres long and 25 metres wide.
If you’re keen to catch a game for the 2019 Ice Hockey Classic, mark down Saturday 15 June and head here for more details.
