Cold weather means one thing and one thing only: comfort food. And big news, there’s one gem of a place whipping up some mean carb-loaded dishes to help conquer those winter blues.
From now on, every week, you’ll want to hit Surry Hills' neighbourhood pasta joint hard for its new ragu and cards night. Chef Teofilo Nobrega will be whipping up fresh, house-made pasta with focaccia, straight from the oven to warm you up—and a brand-new ragu recipe will be plated up each week, so head in for a surprise for the taste buds.
As well as ragu, you’ll be in for a carafe of Barolo wine for two (or a glass for one) and a pack of cards so you can log off the socials and get into a game of Black Jack over a bowl of pasta. All Barolo bottled wines will also be half-price on the night.
The best part? The wine, the pasta, the focaccia and cards amount to just $49.
