Okay, so in less than 48 hours Gelato Messsina will be opening the doors to its delectable, creamy, out-of-this-world gelato outpost in the heart of Parramatta!!!

You heard it Gelato Messina fans of the Greater West, no more battling Sydney's bumper-to-bumper traffic to get your insanely addictive gelato fix.

The Willy Wonkers of the gelato world agreed this was just too much to ask and so kindly decided to bring you your Salted Caramel, Chocolate Fondant, Pandan & Coconut and Choc Peanut Fudge scoops right to your door!

At 5pm, this Friday the 6th, the red ribbon will be cut on the first Parramatta Gelato Messina store in Sydney. Get to 283 Church Street, Parramatta and be the first to pick up your favourite Gelato Messina scoops.

And in celebration of this momentous occasion a new flavour has been created 'East meet West'; think a base of labneh and pistachio gelato finished with the sweet tones of fig and date jam—YUM.

In the words of Gelato Messina's mastermind and founder Nick Palumbo, "We're so excited about making a mark in one of Sydney's cultural hotspots and making our product accessible outside of inner Sydney; nobody should be deprived of good gelato."

The feeling is mutual Nick . . . Check out our exclusive behind the scenes look at Gelato Messina's gelato engine room.
