We’re just going to put this out there—you’d be pretty silly to miss this epic foodie shindig. Especially if you’re all about the party and OG dranks life. Which you are. And lucky for you, so are these guys.
In what will be a more iconic partnership than Megan Markle and Prince Harry, Trolley’d and super well-known Indigenous chef Clayton Donovan (you know him from the ABC’S Wild Kitchen) are teaming up to bring you a night full of insane feeds and bevvies. This basically means a massive night of native Gumbaynggirr (think the mid-north coast of NSW) and Bundjalung (up around the North Coast region) foods along with locally foraged treats.
You’ll be in for five-courses created by Clayton and all paired with drinks (brought to you by Trolley’d) using bush tucker plus a good ol’ fashioned convo around the ethics of food and why it’s so damn good to keep ya produce local. The finer details of this event (like where it’s actually located) have been kept on the down-low but all things may be revealed if you grab tickets right here.
What: Wild & High, dinner by Clayton Donovan
When: Wednesday 1 August, 7pm-11pm
Where: Secret Inner-West Warehouse
Cost: $95 per person
And FYI, here's a bunch of underrated national parks around Sydney that are worth the visit.
