Sydney’s renowned food emporium, Salt Meats Cheese is set to serve the hungry meat and cheese enthusiasts of the North Shore. Its second store will open in Mosman next month and is modelled on the original Sydney store in Alexandria. Co-director Stefano de Blasi is really excited about the store’s expansion saying, “We do a lot of deliveries in that area so we thought it was time to now have a physical presence too”.
It’s looking to differentiate itself from its brother in Alexandria to become a social place for dining and gatherings. It will still remain a prime providore, stocking the finest handmade pastas, carefully crafted cheeses and expertly cured meats, but will also serve imported wines and beer on tap to enjoy alone or alongside delicious meals.
You can grab a signature SMC blend coffee and choose from delicious pastries for breakfast, fill up on a range of pizzas, focaccias and paninos for lunch, or indulge in some wine and cheese in the evening. This basically means you can pop in at any time and be guaranteed a satisfying meal or snack made from quality ingredients.
