The word is out… Burleigh is finally jumping on the poké bowl train. That’s right, Byron’s fave póke bowl bar, Finn Poké, is migrating north!
After first opening their doors in Byron Bay 12 months ago, Finn Poké is the go-to when spending the weekend down south. Lucky for us, Finn Poké is set to open two stores on the Coast this year—one on Burleigh’s James Street and the other in Pacific Fair.
The Burleigh store is set to open in July, bringing summer vibes and Hawaiian flare to our winter with drooling fresh food goodness and delicious Insta-worthy poké bowls which are the perfect takeaway lunch to devour on Burleigh Beach or Hill.
Soon you can head into Finn Poké and enjoy one of their signature bowls, highly regarded by Byron locals or, build-your-own bowl with tuna, salmon, chicken or shrimp. Load it with super decadent toppings like daikon radish, mango, wakame seaweed salad, toasted coconut and double on the avo.
Yep, Burleigh’s food porn is about to get even better and the decision of where to fill your tum a little harder. Aloha!
