Just when you thought that Brisbane had reached her gastronomic peak, we get word of something so delectable we’re ready to throw in the towel for the day and go hunt down a juicy burg to celebrate!
Our beloved Fritzenberger, home to disturbingly good burgers, Twisties-dusted loaded fries (if you haven’t tried these yet you’ve straight-up failed at life) and their impeccable house-brewed craft beer, are upping the ante, expanding their empire and giving us, the good people of Brisbane what we want: more burgers, in more places, more of the time!
Word on the vine is Fritzenberger are set to open another venue on the northside (sorry, southsiders, you’ll still need some form of transport to migrate north of the river for a taste of Fritzenbergers buns…). Details on the exact location are being kept tightly under wraps for now, but we do have a name: Fritzenberger Frites And Burger Brew House. 8 hand-selected beers will be delivered daily from their Caxton Street microbrewery, and they’ve confirmed all your patty faves will be present and accounted for.
This essentially boils down to more beer, more burgs and more good-time vibes! We’re 100% here for it.
Naturally, we'll keep you posted on all the developments here (read: opening date) when we hear more.
