If you don’t know what Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart is you are seriously doing something wrong with your life. Launching in Sydney and Melbourne last year, this uber famous Asian eatery had lines out the door and for good reason.

The cheese tarts are sort of like a cheesecake and sort of like a tart (duh) and are about as addictive as crack cocaine. The buttery pastry and just-sweet-enough oozy filling are 100% delicious and you’ll want to load up on as many as humanly possible when they open in mid-June.

But it gets better. With the launch of Queensland's first EVER store, the guys at HBCT will also be launching a new flavour… the best flavour. Chocolate cheese tarts! What has life been until now?

It will be opening early July at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast, with more Brisbane CBD locations in the works shortly after so watch this space for more deets!
