Well, what do you know; a weekend rolls around and Brisbane just can’t help but want you to make the most out of those precious 48 hours. She’s good like that, isn’t she?
Cast your minds back a couple of weeks where we announced an Italian food laneway opening up for winter in West Village West End, featuring heavyweights Salt Meats Cheese and Gelato Messina. That was a great day.
But, in even better news (crazy, right) this very same laneway is now putting on a gorgeous little artisan market this Saturday and Sunday—for the rest of the season!
Peruse local stallholders for the finest honey, jams, oils, truffles, breads and pastries, all while sipping on a flat white. God, sounds heavenly, right?
There’ll also be free face painting for the little ones, so you can be sure it’ll be a great day for all. If you’re really wanting to make the most of it, we suggest hanging around after sundown for Gelato Messina’s famous hot chocolate and a pizza courtesy of SMC.
Weekend vibes only, folks. ENJOY!
