Available from now until Jan 27, slap bang in time for the Australia Day long weekend, this beauty is more than just a few noodles squashed between some pastry. Freshly made, peanut-crusted flaky pastry is made especially for this monstrous pie and is then stuffed with their signature Pad Thai and baked to perfection, creating what is quite simply a new national treasure.
A pie is almost certainly on the menu this long weekend, but we say ditch the usual meat-filled filo and upgrade your tastebuds to something spicier.
