We’ve all had those days; days when you forget to brush your hair, you spill coffee on your unironed shirt (you’re running late, that’s a given), and you’re forced to take a long, hard look at yourself. It’s those days when it’s officially time to get your sh*t together.

#1. They Adult
Yes, we’re serious. You’re going to have to start being a grown-up. This means brushing your hair, exercising (45 minutes minimum, people!), eating well and going to bed early. Speaking of worrying… whether it’s organising your work diary, sorting your finances (credit card debt sucks, amirite?) or finding time to do your laundry (yes, we are totally judging you if you still take it to your Mum’s), you need to know how to prioritise. Make a list, be realistic and plan. Organised chaos is absolutely a thing you should get behind.

It’s hard to be creative when you’re stuck inside four bleak walls Monday to Friday. Opt for a change of scenery at least once a week at our fave co-working space, WOTSO. Obviously being a yes person gets you far but the trick to being successful is knowing when to say no. You can’t do everything so don’t even bother trying to. You’ll burn out and probs hate your life (sorry not sorry).
#7. They Give Back
That’s right. Giving back to others in need, or the community around you is something you should do on the reg. What you give is what you get—it’s not about giving money, it’s about giving time. Choose something close to your heart and you’re guaranteed to get addicted to doing good.
